7.1 Reship Guarantee - Coverage Details

If your shipment is seized, lost in transit, or returned by customs authorities, BuyPeptides.now will reship your full order at no additional cost. 100% of your original order value is covered.

• Customer must notify us within 60 days of the original dispatch date.
• Proof of seizure (official customs notice or carrier tracking status) may be requested.
• Applies to customs seizures, lost packages, and carrier-confirmed non-deliveries. Does not cover refused delivery, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or orders to restricted destinations.
• Replacement ships within 1–2 business days once the claim is verified.
• Reship shipping is free of charge. One free reship per order.
