Which carriers do you use?
We ship exclusively via FedEx International Priority and DHL Express - the two most reliable international couriers with full door-to-door tracking and broad global reach.
How long does delivery take?
Transit times after dispatch:
USA: 3–5 business days • UK/EU: 3–6 business days •
Canada: 4–7 business days • Australia: 5–8 business days •
Asia: 4–7 business days • Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Orders confirmed before 14:00 UTC on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Crypto payment confirmation time is not included in this window.
How do I track my shipment?
Once dispatched, a tracking number is emailed to you. You can track your shipment at fedex.com or dhl.com directly, or via your order dashboard.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging - no product names, company branding, or descriptions on the outside. The declared contents are generic and accurate for customs purposes only.
What if my package is seized by customs?
We offer a free reship guarantee. If your package is seized by customs, contact our support team with your order number and we will send a replacement at no cost. See our full reship policy.
Do I pay customs/import duties?
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country. Most orders arrive without customs charges, but this cannot be guaranteed. We declare contents truthfully and within legal requirements.
My tracking hasn't updated - what should I do?
Tracking gaps of 1–3 days are normal for international shipments, especially while in transit between countries. If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, contact support and we will investigate with the carrier.
My package shows delivered but I haven't received it - what happens?
First check with neighbours, your building reception, or any safe spot the courier may have used. If the package cannot be found, contact us within 72 hours and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made before the order is packed and dispatched. Contact support immediately with your order number. Once shipped, carrier address changes may incur a fee.
