After reviewing your order total, click the orange "Pay with Crypto" button. You will be redirected to the payment page.

Choose your cryptocurrency
Select one of the four accepted currencies: BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20), or USDC. The exact amount to send will be calculated at the current market rate.

Send the exact amount to the wallet address
Copy the payment address (or scan the QR code) and send the exact amount shown from your wallet. Do not round up or down - send exactly what is displayed to avoid delays.
Important: For USDT, make sure you are sending on the TRON (TRC-20) network. Sending on the wrong network (e.g. ERC-20) will result in lost funds.

Wait for blockchain confirmation
Your payment will be detected automatically once the blockchain confirms the transaction. This typically takes:
BTC: 10–30 minutes (2–3 confirmations)
ETH: 1–5 minutes
USDT (TRC-20): Under 1 minute
USDC: 1–5 minutes
Order confirmed - you're done!
Once payment is confirmed, your order moves to processing. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once it ships (usually within 1–2 business days).

Download a wallet app like Trust Wallet, MetaMask, or TronLink (for USDT TRC-20). Buy crypto directly in the app, or receive it from someone else.
Option 3: Peer-to-Peer
Platforms like Paxful or Bisq allow you to buy crypto directly from other people using bank transfer, cash deposit, or other local payment methods.
Common Questions
What is the payment window?
Once you reach the payment screen, you have 30–60 minutes to complete the transaction. If the window expires, you can re-initiate payment from your order page - a new address and rate will be generated.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If you send slightly less due to network fees, our system may flag the payment for manual review. Always send the exact amount displayed to avoid delays. Contact support immediately if you believe there was a payment discrepancy.
What if I send USDT on the wrong network?
We only accept USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network. If you send USDT on ERC-20, BEP-20, or another network, the funds may be permanently lost and we cannot recover them. Always double-check the network before sending.
Is my payment private?
Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on the public blockchain by wallet address - not your name or identity. We recommend using a non-custodial wallet (e.g. Electrum for BTC, TronLink for USDT) for maximum privacy. We do not retain any payment data after order fulfilment.
Can I get a refund in crypto?
Yes. Approved refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency at the current market rate, or as store credit if preferred. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My payment was sent but the order still shows "pending" - what do I do?
Wait for the required blockchain confirmations (see times above). If your order still shows pending after 1 hour, contact support with your order number and the transaction hash (TXID) from your wallet.
