How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add the desired products and quantities to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide a shipping address and select your payment method. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing.
Do I need an account to order?
No account is required. You can check out as a guest using just your email address. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view your order history, and communicate with support more easily.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order requirement. You can order a single item at any time. For bulk research orders, please contact us for volume pricing.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they enter the packing stage. Once packed, cancellation is not possible. Contact our support team immediately via the support ticket form if you need to make changes.
Can I order multiple variants of the same product?
Yes. Each product variant (e.g. different concentrations or vial sizes) is listed separately and can be added to your cart independently.
How do I know my order was confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation once payment is detected. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard at any time.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. For larger research orders, we offer competitive bulk pricing. Please open a support ticket describing your needs and we will provide a custom quote.
Are products in stock at all times?
Most products are held in stock and available for immediate dispatch. In rare cases of high demand, stock may be temporarily depleted. The product page will indicate "back order" availability where applicable.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 150 countries worldwide via FedEx and DHL. A small number of restricted destinations apply due to carrier or legal constraints. See our full Shipping page for details.
How do I contact support about an order?
Use the Open a Ticket page. Include your order number for fastest resolution. Our team responds within 2–4 hours on business days and within 12 hours on weekends.
